BOCAFACE arrived on the streets of London in May 2012.
Founded by Andrés Flatt – an Anglo-Spanish dual national with a passion for Spanish food and the culture that surrounds it. The lack of variety in the food that ‘Spanish’ traders offered at food festivals and events (paella, anyone?) drove Andrés to think up alternatives.
It soon became clear that there were a wealth of tasty offerings that worked well on the streets and a market eager to sample the BOCAFACE menu. Trading at some of London’s most popular street food markets (KERB, Brockley Market, STREET FEAST, London Southbank, FEAST) BOCAFACE’s reputation for producing tasty and authentic Spanish food grew and was soon being booked for private events.
Drawing on experiences as a child in Spain, the influence of Andrés’ family and career within the events and hospitality industry has enabled Andrés to adapt his menus to suit a variety of catering environments and service styles.
BOCAFACE is now as comfortable providing a bowl food service or canapé reception as they are rolling out their street food menu at both public and private events.
The addition of their professional kitchen facility in London has made catering for larger events as easily manageable as a small low-key gathering.
